Wendy completed wax removal before conducting a hearing test and tried Hearing Aids. She's very good and made me feel very relaxed about the procedure and checked on me the whole way through. She has been so helpful and I'm looking forward to seeing her again for a follow.

Wendy was able to recommend a more modern and comfortable style of hearing aid which has an overall more natural adaption for me. I prefer the personal experience which was provided by Wendy. She cares more than staff in big organisations and takes more time to spend with you to ensure you have the knowledge to make good choices. She had a larger selection of hearing aids than I was offered elsewhere and made recommendations based on what I needed. She made me feel so looked after I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Karen was amazing!! She was patient, calming and extremely professional… I had a very stubborn piece of wax and Karen worked away to get it out as she knew I was going on holiday - she even offered to come in on her day off to finish the procedure if she couldn’t remove it!! I can't recommend Karen enough she has given me a new lease of life since she removed all the wax from both my ears, I feel like a new woman and my balance is back to normal, I decided to get my ears syringed as over the past few years Ive felt as if I was going deaf and may need hearing aids. Karen persevered and after 3 attempts she was able to remove a huge piece of wax from both my ears. I would highly recommend Karen, she is very professional.

I was at a family party, sitting close by the disco, and could hear the conversation at the table. This would not have been possible before. I can also hear conversation taking place behind me. Having my mobile phone paired to my new hearing aids so I can take calls and stream music is also a great benefit.
